How AI-assisted monitoring works, what status updates mean, and what to expect from an investigation.
How does your AI monitor blockchains and banking activity?
AI helps scan public blockchain transactions and analyze authorized banking records, payment references, and bank correspondence. It surfaces movements and potential connections for analyst review. Banking analysis relies on records supplied by you or authorized sources; it does not provide unrestricted access to bank systems.
Are status updates always in real time?
Updates follow the availability of source data. Blockchain activity depends on network confirmation and processing; banking updates depend on the institution and authorized information received. We distinguish a detected signal from a verified finding. The public visualization uses example data, not a live client feed.
Does AI decide what happens next?
AI supports the investigation by identifying patterns and changes. Our analysts assess the evidence and its limitations before explaining findings or next steps. A potential connection is not proof of identity, ownership, or recoverability.
Can you guarantee that my money will be recovered?
No. Recovery depends on the evidence, the location and control of assets, jurisdiction, and the decisions of financial institutions or authorities. An investigation may clarify the facts without leading to recovery.
What information should I prepare?
Start with a short timeline, approximate dates, payment method, and relevant transaction identifiers. Keep original communications and payment records. Do not send passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or identity documents in an initial inquiry.
Should I contact my bank or the police first?
If money has recently moved, contact your bank or payment provider promptly about fraud reporting and available recall or dispute options. You can also report the incident to the relevant authorities. A private investigation does not replace those steps.
Can you investigate cryptocurrency transactions?
Public blockchain records may allow relevant movements to be analyzed. Information varies by network and transaction. Tracing a wallet does not automatically reveal its owner, and a visible balance does not mean it can be returned.
What does an investigation cost?
Scope and complexity determine the work required. Proposed fees, deliverables, and terms are set out before you agree to a paid engagement. An initial inquiry does not commit you to an investigation.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary with the records, complexity, and involvement of third parties. A realistic estimate can only be discussed after reviewing the scope. Time-sensitive bank reporting should not wait for our assessment.
Can you freeze an account or reverse a transfer?
No. We cannot freeze accounts, compel disclosure, or reverse payments. Those powers and processes belong to relevant institutions and authorities, subject to applicable law.
How can I recognize a further recovery scam?
Be cautious of guaranteed returns, pressure to act immediately, requests for wallet credentials, or extra payments to release supposedly recovered funds. Verify identities and contact details independently before sharing sensitive information or making a payment.
